Why does konami hate synchros

Special Summon high-level Monsters such as "Yubel" with its effect! When you Special Summon it, you can return any number of your Zombie-Type Synchro Monsters that are banished or in your Graveyard to the Extra Deck, and destroy face-up cards your opponent controls up to the number of cards you returned! In addition, when a Zombie-Type monster would be destroyed by battle or card effect, you can banish a "Shiranui" monster from your Graveyard instead.

These yugioh genwunners again Your only option as of now is to form a facebook group and let people with similar interests join. Then you can coordinate and play against each other on the servers. You probably won't find too many people though because the outdated isn't very attractive to the majority. Synchros have existed since Hardly "new" in the slightest. At the very least you should check out Xyz monsters, as they help a large amount of decks both new and old.

Tea82 Advanced Member. Padraigo Advanced Member. Your other option is, you can learn how to play them yourself, instead of pooing them off just because they are different.

Azrael Reaper Advanced Member. I have some synchro I occasionally use. Rather than fusing specific monsters, pairing Tuners and non-Tuners, or matching Levels, Links are created simply by plugging two monsters together on the field.

It's an effortless, easily-met Summoning condition that couldn't be simpler unless you. Rush Duels are trying to solve all sorts of problems, including a nearly unmanageable degree of power creep in Master Duels, and the numerous barriers to entry for new players. One of those barriers is the challenge of learning how to play Yu-Gi-Oh! I don't mean understanding concepts like card economy or gaining a deep understanding of deck construction — I'm talking about the kinds of skills you need just to complete a single duel.

Imagine explaining a concept like Quick Effects and Trigger Effects to a new player. Your first attempt might go smoothly: Quick Effects can be activated during either player's turn and start a chain, and Trigger Effects occur when specific conditions are met and also start a chain.

But you're not done yet, of course, because you still need to outline chains and Spell Speed. That's the easy part — before you know it you're diving into concepts like 'missing the timing', the difference between "when" and "if" in regard to activation conditions, and somewhere between explaining why you can't activate some effects during the Damage Step and detailing 'chain blocking' you've already lost the player you're teaching.

Seriously, you know there's a problem with the game's complexity when you need an official flowchart to explain effect timing. Rush Duels and Speed Duels aren't a silver bullet for all of the Master Duel problems, but they do eliminate some complexity to make the task of teaching a new player less of a challenge.

Teaching players Yu-Gi-Oh! Where does it end? Adding just two more mechanics in the next six years will bloat the number of monster cards with unique Summoning conditions to eight — and I think that's far too much to ask from new players, returning players, or even active players.

I don't think it's radical to assume that Yu-Gi-Oh! But isn't that how it is with Xyz and Pendulums as well? If that's the case, I don't know why I kept seeing on youtube comment sections "Synchro's are dead". Pendulums got a crucial hit and are kind of dead. I guess Crystal Beasts got the hardest hit. They need Backrow space and also got Pendulum support. Definitely a big fail from Konami. Synchro and XYZ Decks still have tons of possibilities. Synchros still work alright but they are certainly weaker and will only get worse once the degeneracy enablers get in the banlist Gofu and BriFu.

Amid the turmoil and tumult of battle, there may be seeming disorder and yet no real disorder at all Sun Tzu. User Info: Doe. Cosmic dragons already needed a fully dedicated deck to even try and pull off. Raidraptors, Frightfurs, etc were all nerfed intrinsically.
